A little more about me

Sea, summits & live music.

I'm twenty-six, and happiest when I'm somewhere new — travelling, hiking unfamiliar trails, or in the crowd at a live concert.

Last summer I picked up surfing. As someone who has always loved the sea, it quickly became my reset button: every time I get the chance, I'm in the water. It brings a calm and clarity that's hard to find anywhere else, and a beautiful, energetic way to connect with nature.

01

Cross-cultural by nature

Living across five countries has shaped who I am. I've learned to work with people from every corner of the world, to learn as much as I can from their experience, and to share my own perspective when it adds value. I care deeply about how others feel in intercultural environments — and about making them feel at home. At UCD Smurfit I sharpened this through the Intercultural Development Programme and the Global Leadership Programme.

02

Better together

In work and in life, the best results come from teams. Working through opposing opinions to find common ground feels like second nature to me. I believe in learning from each other and making the most of our differences — it's the most reliable path to success I know.

03

Attitude is everything

I grew up being taught that the attitude you bring to something shapes the outcome. I remind myself of it often — it helps me reset my mindset when things get hard. Like a steep hike: it can feel tough, but surrounded by people with a positive, energetic outlook, your mind carries you to the top.

Testimonials

In their words.

“
I worked with Guillermo at HubSpot, where he partnered with our Conversational Marketing team on reviewing and improving our AI chat assistant. He moved easily between his own team and ours, joining our training sessions, learning our quality rubric, and applying it to customer conversations each week. Guillermo communicated clearly and was responsive and proactive in how he worked with people across teams. He brought a customer-facing perspective to a marketing-led project, which added useful context to how we looked at conversations. It was a pleasure collaborating with him, and I'd happily recommend him.

He was a great colleague and stood out through his curiosity, especially around how to implement and leverage AI, as well as his proactive mindset and initiative. Beyond his skills, Guillermo is a fantastic teammate, reliable, supportive, and someone you can always count on. He would be a great asset to any team, and I'd be happy to recommend him.
